1. Information we collect
We collect account information from Google sign-in, including your email, profile name, and avatar, to create and maintain your StreamPet account.
We also store service-related data such as overlay settings, platform connection state, session records, and plan status required to provide StreamPet functionality.
2. How we use information
We use your information to authenticate your account, operate overlay features, process plan status, and provide the dashboard experience.
We may use aggregated operational metrics to improve reliability, performance, and product quality.
3. Sharing and processors
StreamPet relies on third-party providers for infrastructure and integrations, such as Cloudflare, Google, Twitch, TikTok-related event services, and payment providers.
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only as needed to deliver requested features and process subscriptions.
4. Data retention
We retain account and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
You can request account deletion, after which we remove or anonymize data unless retention is legally required.
5. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account and service data.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so you should also protect your own account credentials and connected platform access.
6. Contact
If you have privacy questions or requests, contact the StreamPet team through official support channels listed on streampet.net.
